1. We added pictures to all our exercises in our library which makes it easier for you to create workouts. Your clients will find them helpful when doing their workout and need to remember what exercise they need to be doing.
2. When you create a new workout, we now also create a PDF file for your convenience. You can email this to your clients, so that they can print it out, save it or even forward it to a friend. Its also useful for you because you can file it on your computer and refer to it without the need to get online. ie. if you are away overseas and using a laptop but you don't have an internet connection handy.
